At Marie Custom Goods, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy below:
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the item received was incorrect or defective.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@mariecustomgoods.com.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact@mariecustomgoods.com with your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
- We will provide instructions for the return process.
